Twitter With Me!
27 March 2008

There is a LOT of technology and applications that I think are frivilous … meant for people who live in the bubble of Silicon Valley. One of those applications in particular was Twitter (see below) but after meeting a lot of really cool tech types during SXSW Interactive a few weeks agon here in Austin, I decided to give it a try and LOVE it. So, if you give a damn about what I am doing throughout my life, you can now get a sneak peek - but let me WARN you: I am not going to sterilize my posts just because we know each other through business. As a matter of fact, I think it is important that you know the kind of guy you are doing business with and following me on Twitter may reveal some insight into the mind of a genius (no really, the IQ tests show it!).

If, after watching the video below you decide you want to see just what theheck I do when I’m NOT blogging, managing my virtual team, marketing to sellers/buyers, planning the next VIS, etc then create an acct there and follow “doctordaigle” (that”s me).

One of the VIP guests we had at the last VIS was Vicki Irvin. I knew Vicki’s husband Lloyd from being in a mastermind together and knew he was doing some pretty incredible things online and in his real estate investing. Lloyd couldn’t make the event because it conicided with a “training weekend” he was doing with some professional MMA fighters (he trains some of the baddest dudes in the UFC). I was a little bummed that he couldn’t make it but when he told me he was sending the brains of the operation I was totally delighted. His wife Vicki was not only an absolutely gorgeous and powerful lady but was as sharp as a tack and totally on top of her Reak Estate game!

But that’s not why I’m writing about Vicki. Not by a long shot. Sure, she should recognized for her accomplishments but the biggest accomplishment in my eyes was that she and several other attendees of my seminar left early on the last day of the event to go and feed hundreds of homeless who were living under a bridge only a few blocks from the posh hotel where we held our seminar. Read all about it on her blog here

If you haven’t read “The 4-Hour Workweek” by Tim Ferriss, you need to
leave your computer behind and SPRINT to the nearest Borders to get
a copy. And while you’re at it, stop by the EasyHUD Library and listen to
the interview we did with Tim a few months ago …

He explains how you can automate and outsource nearly every aspect of
your business, freeing up your time so you can spend it with your family,
travel, or pursue other passions.

This is exactly what “virtual investing” is all about.  Leveraging the
power of the Internet to invest anywhere in the country, automate your
processes, and outsource as much of your investment business as possible
so you have more time to do what’s most important to you.

This will be the new paradigm in American business – not just real estate
investing – in about 10 years.  We are at the forefront of this transition
right now and you NEED to be on board!

This Wednesday at 9pm EST, we’ll have Andy Proper guest speaking on our call.
He’s one of the creators of the Teamwork Lead System, a lead generation and
management strategy that is quickly becoming a standard in the virtual real
estate investing model!  His system allows you to launch a bird dog army in
a market 1,000 miles away just as easily as if it were your own backyard.

He’ll explain how he has outsourced and automated his lead generation,
allowing him to focus on analyzing deals, making offers, and spending more
time with his family.

And he’s actually saved thousands of marketing dollars by doing so!

Trust me, you do not want to miss this!

Are YOU living a 4-hour workweek yet??  If not, the Teamwork Lead System
is a tremendous step in that direction.  Register using the following link
and be on the phone this Thursday!
