I got an email this morning from Cory Boatright (EasyHUD forum moderator and Short Sale expert) that has a killer resource for Real Estate Investors. At my core, I am a Creative Real Estate Investor. I have been a student of these investing strategies for almost 8 years now and I have seen our industry really come a long way, especially in the past year. More and more investors are "getting" the internet and technology and are actually seeing ROI from their tech-driven endeavors in their RE business. QUESTION #1: Are you really selling just 125 sets of the Home Study "Business in a Box"? You could sell 1,000 or 5,000 and we wouldn’t know.

A: No. That really is the limit - only 125 sets. That was the agreement I struck with the speakers. I will not budge because my reputation is more important than a few extra bucks.
