Greetings from Phoenix!

If you’ve been following my dispatches then you know we are out in Phoenix for Joe Polish’s "Super Conference" on guerilla marketing tactics, and this this morning we are in for a real treat - Sir Richard Branson is the first speaker of the day so we are about to head to the conference to make sure we get a great seat. Not familiar with Richard Branson? Try Googling him and once you read about him I think you’ll agree that this guy could teach Trump LOTS!

The particular reason I am writing is because I have a feeling that there are lots of you out there who have an idea for a course, ebook, website, etc … but you have NO IDEA on how to turn your idea into a sellable product.

Well, I am seriously considering offering a one-day, highly focused training on Creating Products for Real Estate Investors. If there is enough interest from you guys then I will set a date. I’ll probably schedule the training for the day before the next Virtual Investing Seminar (which would make it Feb 28th). It will be priced fairly and will be PACKED with everything I know about creating training and info products for Real Estate Investors.

I am going to LIMIT the training to TEN (10) INVESTORS ONLY! The price for the 1-day training will be $2000, and at the end of the day you should have a CLEAR and PRECISE gameplan on how to create and launch your next (or FIRST) Real Estate Information product.

If you’ve been thinking about creating an additional stream of income from your Real Estate Investing know-how, then this is THE training you have been waiting for! So if you want to be placed on the priority notification list for this training, email me directly at private@EasyHUD.com and you will get first chance at one of only TEN spaces at this one-time only training!

I got some "spirited" emails last night from folks about limiting the number of Virtual Real Estate Investing home study courses I am making available. Well, rather than try and explain why we are making the audio available in a limited release, I figured it would be a LOT more convincing if I explained it to you "face to face":

Let me clear something up right away - although this IS video from the event, it isn’t video from the actual training. However, it WILL show you what happened after hours at the event ;)

Chad Mac of JVBuzzBroker.com was the un-official "social coordinator" for the attendees who wanted to check out the REAL New Orleans. Being a local, Chad knows how to show a visitor a good time! And besides, after all of that intense training, folks need to blow off some steam. So, when you join us in New Orleans on Feb 29 - Mar 2nd, you won’t be in for any surprises! HA!

The video is of Chad, Justin Lee from SaveMeFromForeclosure.com, Colin Andrews (CEO of RealEstateInvestor.com), Omar & Maynard (attendees) and I think you can even see Cris Chico if you look REALLY hard.

YouTube was kind enough to provide me with an 8+ minute video of someone explaining how to use Elance. This should be enough to get you started …

One of my goals with this blog is to provide a resource where Real Estate Investors can start to discover ways they can introduce Virtual Real Estate Investing (VREI) tools and strategies into their existing business. One of the first things you should really do if you are going to move towards VREI is to document the processes in your business (which we will teach you how to do in a later post). But once you get the processes defined you need someone to carry out those processes for you, and that is when Outsourcing comes into the picture.

There are many resources available to help you find Outsource resources, but the first one i want to focus on is Elance.com. I have used Elance extinsively in my business and highly recommend it for those of you who are new to Outsourcing and Virtual Real Estate. I was going to create a video to explain what Elance is but when I went to their site I saw our old buddy Tim Ferriss had beaten me to it (See below). For those of you who aren’t familiar with Tim and The 4-Hour Workweek, you can listen to a recent interview we did with him for the EasyHUD community HERE.

To Visit Elance for yourself, simply click HERE

Virtual Investing Seminar 1 - New Orleans, LA Oct 12-14
(L - R) Tim Mai, Jack Sternberg and Michael Kimble

Virtual Investing Seminar - Tim Mai, Jack Sternberg and Michael Kimble

I am fortunate enough to call Jack Sternberg a good friend. A bunch of you probably met jack in New Orleans at VIS1, but if you’ve never heard of Jack, let it suffice to say he is a REI Rockstar … this guy has been at this business for over 30 years and there isn’t a scenario he can’t solve. As a result of his expertise, he gets targeted by national media from time to time to address Real Estate related news and this time it is the WSJ that has come calling for his words of wisdom.

But Jack is missing ONE thing for his story - An interview with YOU!

Here is what they told him he needs:

"I am looking for individuals who are unloading their "mini portfolios" of property. But what I really need are small-time residential real estate investors who are working on shedding residential investment property or on handling the downturn. I want to get a group of, say, five such investors and talk about their mistakes, options, the whole emotional process of failure (due to miscalculation, naivete, plain old greed, or just bad timing) and rebuilding…. Perhaps there are some EasyHUD students who might be willing to share a story of rebuilding from scratch after making a mess in the current environment? — but the primary goal for me is locating some willing-to-talk investors who have some pending doom on their hands…"

If this sounds like you, email Jack at story@EasyHUD.com ASAP since the deadline for the story is tomorrow (Friday).
