One of my goals with this blog is to provide a resource where Real Estate Investors can start to discover ways they can introduce Virtual Real Estate Investing (VREI) tools and strategies into their existing business. One of the first things you should really do if you are going to move towards VREI is to document the processes in your business (which we will teach you how to do in a later post). But once you get the processes defined you need someone to carry out those processes for you, and that is when Outsourcing comes into the picture.

There are many resources available to help you find Outsource resources, but the first one i want to focus on is Elance.com. I have used Elance extinsively in my business and highly recommend it for those of you who are new to Outsourcing and Virtual Real Estate. I was going to create a video to explain what Elance is but when I went to their site I saw our old buddy Tim Ferriss had beaten me to it (See below).
